In respiratory diseases, our indications of interest are: COPD, Asthma, Chronic Cough, Cystic Fibrosis, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, non-CF bronchiectasis, Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, and Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome. Within neonatology, we are interested in therapeutic opportunities addressing areas of unmet medical need, including, but not limited to: Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia, Neonatal Brain Injury, Retinopathy of Prematurity, and Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome. Ideally, the target would be well defined, the mechanism of action understood, with therapeutically-relevant preclinical data.
