Chiesi Group confirmed Top Employer 2020 in Italy and Europe

Parma, January 30th 2020 – Chiesi Farmaceutici, an international research-focussed pharmaceutical group (Chiesi Group), has once again qualified for the title of Top Employer 2020 in Italy and Europe.

Ten of the Group’s affiliates obtained the certification this year: Italy was awarded the title for the 12^th year running, whereas France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and the UK have confirmed Chiesi as Top Employer Europe – a title assigned to companies that achieve certification in at least 5 EU countries – for the 8^th consecutive year. Non-EU countries whose certification has also been renewed are Brazil, the U.S. and Russia.

The announcement was made this morning by the Top Employers Institute, a global authority recognising excellences in people practices, which each year analyses data and information relating to the Human Resource management policies of international companies. In order to be certified, companies are in fact required to carry out a thorough process of internal research, demonstrating that they comply with the most stringent quality standards in a range of areas including training and development, strategies aimed at enhancing talents and company culture.
