This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment where our people feel free to express themselves and their talents.

It is thanks to the engagement of our dedicated colleagues, who enthusiastically provided their feedback with a 85% response rate, that we can continue our efforts in enhancing our work experience, towards a positive and collaborative environment.

At Group level, all parameters have improved from 2021’s certification, accounting for an 83% overall satisfaction rate, +4% compared to 2021, and a 77% trust index average rate, +2% compared to 2021. Moreover, all the five dimensions evaluated, credibility, respect, fairness, pride and teamwork, registered a positive trend compared to the previous year.

These results reflect our commitment to creating a work environment that prioritises the well-being and professional growth of all our colleagues. For us, the Great Place to Work Certification is not just a recognition of our workplace culture and values, but is also a reflection of our collective commitment to a purpose-driven mission: to reach as many patients as possible while having a positive impact on our planet and its inhabitants.
