Why I chose Chiesi.
I had the good fortune to start my professional career at Chiesi.
After obtaining a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Organisation, I started looking around, seeking the right company to start with.
Chiesi immediately attracted my attention: an Italian - but international - group, with a constant growth trend, based on innovation and professional ethics, with a strong focus on people. This is why out of all the various companies on the market, I decided to apply for a position with Chiesi.
My experience in the company began with an internship. From the very first day, I found myself in a collaborative environment, open to new ideas, with friendly people always ready to help. I was always included in all the occasions useful for my professional growth and had the opportunity to put into practice the theoretical knowledge I had acquired during my studies.
I am continuing my experience and am happy to work for Chiesi because it offers a young environment that continues to grow and in which I feel I can make a real contribution.
The most stimulating aspect for me is being able to work for a forward-looking enterprise which allows me to take an active part in its success.
