THE PROJECT

 

The project is developed in two parallel areas: work-life balance and outside-work activities. Work-life balance activities aim at improving the relationship between working time and private life, such as Time-saving Services, Flexibility Actions and People Care initiatives. Outside-work activities are conceived to support employees integration within the company and they also include initiatives launched by Chiesi's CRAL (a recreational association for our employees).

Objectives of the project:

  • Promote retention and attraction.

 

Time saving services

Sustainable Mobility

Chiesi has an agreement in place with Parma City Council which allows employees meeting specific requirements to obtain a parking permit at a discounted rate in the blue parking spaces of zones 12 and to request a discounted City Bus Season Ticket for personal use (for six or twelve months) or an Annual Railway Season Ticket.

Travel Agency for private needs

Thanks to a special agreement with the UVET Agency, Chiesi employees can take advantage for free service for request ticket , travel packages and hotels.

Medicines purchased with a delivery service to the company premises

Employees may purchase pharmaceuticals at the Farmacia Bottego, and have them delivered directly to their offices at the Chiesi premises.
