We are actively committed to combating gender inequalities within our organization.
One of our most significant accomplishments was the elimination of the unexplained gender pay gap within the Chiesi Group in 2022.
We have launched several programs to support work–life balance, such as the Parenthood Guidelines, increased female representation in leadership roles, and mentoring and coaching programs for women.
In 2024, Chiesi introduced the Global Disability and Caregiver Equity Challenge, an ambitious project that will guide our actions through 2030. This initiative turns challenges faced by individuals with disabilities into opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Chiesi actively supports voluntary groups, or Chiesi Affinity Networks (CANs), involving members of top management as sponsors, facilitating meetings during working hours and in company facilities, and recognizing their essential role in fostering a sense of belonging and safety.
